Before we got to know ADMONIS, we posted a very limited number of items on a few individual e-commerce websites. All the activity in the group was conducted manually and we were really concerned about increasing sales online using the traditional ERP system as it was mainly suited to standard B2B for customers with a physical sales floor, as opposed to e-commerce platforms that are crucial to our business..
ADMONIS platform has organized us on many levels; it has allowed us to significantly increase the range of items posted and given us the ability to work with dozens of e-commerce websites simultaneously and still be under control, orders are being executed properly and allow real-time tracking of order status, including incorrect order reports. There is no doubt that thanks to this system it is easier for buyers to keep track of their orders!
